Triumph Consultants Limited:

• Vacancy Title: HR Business Relationship Manager

• What’s involved:

I. To act as a Business Manager for a leading school of music and arts centre, ensuring HR best practice and establishing effective relationships with key staff.

II. Offer support and advice to all staff on all HR related issues and contribute to the strategic HR plan.

III. Advise on and implement all HR policies and procedures, ensuring legislative requirements are met. To keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and industry best practice.

IV. To effectively manage and advise on the recruitment process within the business area, ensuring that the best service and value for money is achieved.

V. To be responsible for the learning and development function within business area, maintaining an effective appraisal process.

VI. To manage the HR budgets (recruitment, training etc) for the specified departments.

VII. Attend and contribute at relevant meetings as departmental representative, leading where necessary.

VIII. To line manage, develop and coach staff setting objectives, deadlines and encouraging personal development/professional growth. To act as a ‘mentor’ for the HR Business Advisor.

IX. To be responsible for the production of absence management reporting, including holidays and sickness, working within the business to develop solutions inline with best practice.

X. Advise departmental heads on effective department structures, work patterns, remuneration packages, staff costs and contractual relationships.

XI. Manage quarterly management reports and statistics e.g. labour turnover, absence statistics, payroll costs and analyse employment trends.
