Job Description

Based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, this major Motor Insurance company require Customer Service Administrators to join their busy and friendly team.

Purpose of role:

To support the Customer Service Management Team in the daily running of the business. To be first point of contact in providing a comprehensive service to internal customers. General administrative duties as requested by the CS Management Team to ensure the smooth flow of work within the general office. Act as the link between Customer Services and other departments as required. May also act as Fire Marshall, First Aider.

The role includes:

  • €¢ Logging, allocating and tracking complaints passed to the floor from Customer Relations

  • €¢ Carry out the daily telephone testing

  • €¢ Completion of Daily Claims log

  • €¢ Tracking and logging unexpected absence and poor time-keeping in connection with HR department

  • €¢ Running the CCM diary, arranging meetings on his behalf, booking rooms as required

  • €¢ Preparation and distribution of weekly Team Leaders minutes

  • €¢ Preparation and distribution of Team lists, incorporating New Starters

  • €¢ Co-ordinate any IT issues and escalate to Helpdesk as required

  • €¢ Co-ordination of process manual, liaising with Process Manager

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

GCSE Maths and English at grade ā€˜C’ or above, or equivalent level. Previous Customer Service experience, preferably gained in a Call Centre Environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of own in-house systems, gained on the job experience. Able to multi-task. Excellent organisational skills. Time management.

This is based within a lively and expanding team and could suit an applicant with retail, administration, customer service or hospitality experience who is seeking an office based role.
