The Company - A luxurious 4 star Hotel in the leisure industry.
The Role –An administrative and secretarial role to support the Conference and Events Office together with taking responsibility for co-ordination of small functions and meetings. You will be a professional ambassador for the hotel and endeavour to maximise sales potential. You will communicate with other Heads of Departments on a weekly basis with a fact-sheet of companies using the hotel facilities.
The Candidate – You will have had secretarial experience preferably in an events environment. You must be accurate and able to work on own initiative. You must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. This role will suit an individual who thrives on a wide range of tasks. Would suit a graduate.
